Proven Experience
Esther has two decades of investment experience across wealth and asset management. During this journey she has experienced first-hand how the investment industry has evolved across product, regulation and sophistication. This experience has been translated to providing client solutions which benefit the full value chain.
Esther has observed the destructive impact of group-think and lack of challenge. Combining this experience with being the mother of neurodiverse children, she is an advocate of challenging the status quo and having confidence to try new methods.
Esther is a non-executive director for the CVC Income & Growth investment company and a cross-industry mentor, supporting the development of the next generation of industry participants.
She is a CFA Charterholder, has obtained the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing and is a member of the ELFA (European Leveraged Finance Association) ESG Committee.
